Explanation of safety levels
Safety level were created to be a way of simple comparison of individual service variants,
not to provide guarantee of senior's safety.
Levels are based on technological features,
mainly quantity of data transfered from portable device to surveillance center.
They are not describing service components.
1) Basic
Basic safety level is suitable for senior living alone in his/her household, who does not travel much and who needs to be able to ask for help in case of emergency.
2) Standard
Standard level of safety is suitable for senior who lives alone and who moves mostly in the vicinity of his/her house
– for example is going shopping or for mail to the post office.
Senior needs to ask for help in case of emergency and for the surveillance center it is beneficial to know the actual location of the senior.
3) Comfort
Comfort safety level is suitable for senior who lives alone and who would like to speak regularly with a social assistant on phone (for example once per week).
Main purpouse of the regular contact is to check if senior is going well and provide help when needed.
Varint Plus
Plus variant is suitable for very active senior who is able to travel individually far from home,
who at the same time needs increased feeling of safety for unexpected situations when he/she would require help.
