How is assistance helping to deal with emergency situation

Typical model situation of senior

Learn how they are solved:

1) Senior´s health deteriorated or senior feels unsafe

In case of sudden health state deterioration, injury, accident, disorientation or chicane.

  1. Senior notifies about emergency situation by pushing emergency button on surveillance device - information about emergency situation is sent into InspectLife Surveillance service.
  2. Assistance service operator is immediately notified about new emergency situation.
  3. Operator solves the situation with the help of actual information – especially last known position, notes and conclusions of previous events, health and social status information. Operator can call to client and find out what his/her actual situation and needs are, or operator can call to contact person or to Integrated Rescue Service.
  4. Operator evaluates and closes the event.

Thanks to the continual monitoring of senior´s position the help can be effective and quick.

2) Relative person is worried about the condition of senior

I case of senior´s unpunctuality or longterm worries about senior.

  1. Senior is not at home and his surveillance device is not accessible.
  2. Relative person asks* for finding out the last known position and status of senior in web information system. It is possible to find out last known position of senior from any place connected to the internet, for example from home, office or mobile phone equipped with mobile internet.
  3. Relative person is able to find out where the senior is located and can decide if he should call senior´s neighbor to check the situation or if he should wait.
  4. Relative person writes down into the system why he was afraid about senior and how he decided to solve the situation.
